Clover Honey Our Clover honey is harvested in Rock, Michigan. The honey is made by our own honey bees from clover blossoms. This honey is light and sweet. When Florida flowers are suffering from the heat the weather in Upper Michigan is absolutely beautiful and the flowers are in full bloom. We relocate our bees to areas where they can forage for natural resources. Did you know? This Mono-floral honey has nectar from one specific flowering plant, for example, our Saw Palmetto honey or Black Mangrove honey !
