You can drive along back country roads and see row after row, field after field, of the shinny foliage and drooping white blossoms. Our bees don’t always produce a surplus of blueberry honey, so some years we may be out. We believe our bees make the greatest Oregon Blueberry Honey you’ll ever taste! This award-winning honey is light-colored and carries a bold sweet fruity flavor that resembles a mid-July berry at the peak of its ripeness. Not too sweet, but just right. It is an excellent honey for cooking, baking, sauces, glazes and canning and just eating by the spoonful. Note: Our Blueberry Blossom Honey is pure, raw, and unadulterated, and may crystalize as a result. This is to be expected of natural honey and does not impact the usability of the product.
