Our raw Blueberry Honey is a very limited batch that hails from a town outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In late spring, the blueberry bush blossoms with tiny white flowers that overflow with juicy succulent nectar. Though our raw Blueberry Blossom Honey is a monofloral honey (a fancy way of saying it was made from blueberry blossom pollen) and not one of our infused honeys , we are confident you will taste this season's blueberries in every spoonful! Blueberry Honey has notes of amber caramel with sweet-tart overtones of blueberry and a delicate finish.
