**We are clearing out inventory for this item. It is PARTIALLY CRYSTALLIZED on the bottom of the jar - not more than bottom 1/3. This can be remedied with gentle warming of the jar- see internet for various solutions, if desired. Once this inventory is gone, we will NOT restock this item. Please note, there will be no refunds or replacements for crystallization issues. Orange blossom honey is a monofloral honey derived from the nectar of delicate, white orange blossoms. This honey has a subtle hint of citrus in taste and is quite sweet. The color of this honey is often light and golden but can also come in a darker shade. Honey makers and suppliers have observed that the color actually changes each year. This is a product of our separate line, Queen Bee Honey Farm, that highlights the best honey we can find outside of the United States. This Orange Blossom Honey is a product of Mexico.
