Oregon Sage Honey Sage Honey is one of our premium Oregon High Desert honey varieties. Oregon Sage is commonly found growing in and around riparian areas in Central and Eastern Oregon. With the dry climate east of the Cascade Mountain Range, Sage produces a high-sugar content nectar. The honey is amber in color and has an exceptionally rich but pleasant flavor.
