About this honey
Salted Creamed Honey is created by mixing “starter” with a light honey and 100% Pink Himalayan Salt, at a cool temperature, controlling the growth or crystallization so that the crystals all grow a uniform rate. Creamed honey crystals are small, so the finished product tastes creamy and delectable on the tongue. Once you’ve tried it, you’ll be hooked!!
