This honey variety tastes like a toned-down version of maple syrup! Unfortunately, the cool and rainy weather of the Pacific Northwest in April make it difficult for the honey bees to produce and store a surplus of maple honey. As a result, this honey’s availability is dependent on the weather each year and not always available. Make sure to grab a jar of maple honey if you see it available! Note: Our Maple Blossom Honey is pure, raw, and unadulterated, and may crystalize as a result. This is to be expected of natural honey and does not impact the usability of the product.
