The honey has an herbal, fruity, and spice flavor. You can taste the cardamom and ginger, also with a hint of lemon, black licorice, and chocolate. As if coriander wasn’t a complex enough flavor, now the bees have added in the rich and sweet Wildflower and wild Carrot Honey. This is truly one of a kind and we think would make a great traditional mead or possible a bochet once caramelized. Let your imagination be your guide.
