About this honey

Oregon Vetch Honey The bees really nailed it on this unique Oregon varietal honey. Vetch honey is typically light amber in color but can be among the lightest colored honeys produced in the State. It has tons of flavor featuring notes of peach and crisp apples followed by a hint of fresh flowers and sometimes mint. Vetch, a vine in the sweet pea family is a native, perennial wildflower that is commonly found in woods, along streams or in forest clearings. The flowers are whitish-yellow with purple or red markings. Our Vetch Honey is produced in Oregon’s Willamette Valley and Blue Mountains. Note: Our Vetch Honey is pure, raw, and unadulterated, and may crystalize as a result. This is to be expected of natural honey and does not impact the usability of the product.
